KCSR/KCSM carries grain from the central and upper Midwestern U.S. to feed mills in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi in the U.S. and to Nuevo Leon, Tamaulipas, San Luis Potosi, Guanajuato, Queretaro, Hidalgo, Tlaxcala, Puebla, Morelos, Mexico, D.F., Aguascalientes and Michoacan in Mexico.  Export grains move from the same origins through facilities in the Gulf of Mexico at Louisiana, Texas, Tamaulipas, Veracruz and the Pacific Port of Lazaro Cardenas.  KCSR/KCSM also transports a variety of food products, mineral products, clay, gravel and rock.
