Railway Company (KCSR) provides or makes available various benefits,
including health and welfare plans with, where applicable, supplemental sickness,
dental, hearing, vision, accidental death and dismemberment and other similar provisions.
The benefit plans arise as a function of collective bargaining and are craft specific.
All enrollment materials, communications and transactions regarding health and welfare
