Tariff KCS 6000 applies to all cars constructively or actually placed: Interstate, intrastate, export and import.

When a car cannot be placed at the customer's facility for any reason attributable to the customer, KCS provides Constructive Placement (CP) notification. The customer is then responsible for ordering-in the car. Cars on CP status are subject to demurrage.
