Excessive rains have caused flooding in the southern portion of the U.S. network including areas on the Beaumont Subdivision from Beaumont to south of Houston, TX. These rains have resulted in a service interruption.
Crews are on location monitoring the situation firsthand and will begin repairs as soon as the weather permits.
At this time, there is no ETA for the repairs to be made nor for when the line will reopen. We will communicate to you when the status changes.
Please note that once the line has reopened, customers should expect delays until the backlog has been alleviated and normal speeds can be resumed over the affected area.
