We would like to inform you that due to a system upgrade, MyKCS and Explore Shipping Options on our website may be unavailable Thursday, August 8th starting at 6:00pm for a short period. We do not anticipate this lasting longer than 1 – 2 hours at most. During this time, you may “access” your account information by calling our KCSR or KCSM Customer Solutions Centers for assistance.
