In support of continuous process improvement, Kansas City Southern de Mexico has recently completed a review of our Accessorial Services to ensure alignment with our focus on safety and providing a consistent, reliable service to our customers.
As a result of this review, KCSM will be making adjustments to our services as outlined in our Accessorial Services Catalog. The updated document was registered on June 20, 2019, at the Railroad Regulatory Agency of the Mexican Ministry of Communications and Transportation (Secretaria de Comunicaciones y Transportes/SCT) and will have an effective date of August 1, 2019.
All current Accessorial Service items have been updated to reflect the changes.
In addition, we would like to let you know of new items which have been added to the Catalog. They are:

Remediation, fines, penalties, personal injury
The changes will go into effect at KCSM as of August 1, 2019.
