KCS' primary U.S. subsidiary, The Kansas City Southern Railway Company (KCSR) provides a strong benefits package for all management employees. For employees covered by collective bargaining agreements, KCSR provides or makes available various benefits, including health and welfare plans with, where applicable, supplemental sickness, dental, hearing, vision, accidental death and dismemberment and other similar provisions. The benefit plans arise as a function of collective bargaining and are craft-specific.
