2023 Thanksgiving Holiday Service Plan

Attention Carload customers:

As a reminder to all CPKC customers who receive local terminal service to please ensure CPKC has been notified of your service requirements for Thanksgiving in the U.S. on Thursday, November 23rd, 2023.  

Service requests for our carload customers for these days should be emailed to Customer Solutions by 10:00 a.m. on November 10th. If no request is sent, it will be understood that no service is needed.


For our Intermodal customers: 

In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, CPKC will have the following gate hours at each of our U.S. Intermodal facilities.
