KCS Grain and Grain Product Fuel Surcharge for June 2022

The mileage based fuel surcharge for KCS for the month of June 2022 will be $0.75 per mile based on the average April 2022 HDF published by the Department of Energy.

For commodities that do not apply to the January 2007 STB Ruling on regulated traffic which was formerly called the Grain & Grain Product Fuel Surcharge, there will be 19.6% fuel surcharge for the month of June 2022 based on the average April 2022 WTI prices published in the Wall Street Journal.

As a reminder, the mileage based fuel surcharge for KCS for the month of May 2022 is $0.75 per mile and the fuel surcharge formerly called Grain & Grain Product Fuel Surcharge is 22.4% for the month of May 2022.
