Rules Publications

Rules Publications are documents that outline the general rules and related provisions applicable to rail transportation. Below you will find two for KCSR and one for KCSM.

KCSR Rules Publication 9011 is specific to those commodity shipments which are percentage based.

KCSR Rules Publication 9012 is specific to commodity shipments which are mileage based.

KCSM Freight Railroad Transportation Public Service Agreement (KCSM Rules Publication) is specific to shipments originating in Mexico on the KCSM.

Intermodal Rules Bulletin No.9 is specific to KCSM Intermodal terminals, both owned by KCSM and those privately controlled by third parties, yet served by KCSM Intermodal service.
