Good Friday-Holy Thursday Holiday Service Plan - 2023

In observance of the approaching Easter holiday, Kansas City Southern will reduce forces on the following days:

KCSR (US):  Friday, April 7, 2023
Service requests for this day should be emailed to KCSR Customer Solutions by 10:00 a.m. on March 24, 2023.    

KCSM (Mexico): Thursday, April 6, 2023 and Friday, April 7, 2023
Service requests for these days should be emailed to KCSM Customer Solutions also by 10:00 a.m. on March 24, 2023.     

Please note that requests submitted are not a guarantee of service on these days. Once all requests have been received, the local operation will attempt to secure resources to perform service. If no request is submitted, it will be understood that no service is needed.
