US Labor Day Service Notification

On September 5, 2022, the Kansas City Southern Railway Company will reduce forces in the United States in observance of Labor Day.

Service requests for this day should be emailed to Customer Solutions by 10:00 a.m. this Friday, August 19, 2022. If no request is sent, it will be understood that no service is needed.

Service requests do not guarantee service on the day requested. Once all requests have been received, the local operation will attempt to secure resources to perform service and will communicate if the request can be honored or not.
