Year-end Invoicing - KCSM

Attention KCSM Shippers, 

Due to the requirements of the Carta Porte regulations in Mexico, KCSM must invoice all shippers prior to the movement of the freight. Therefore, regrettably, we are unable to accommodate any adjustments (delays) to the timing of year-end invoicing. 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but it is a requirement of the Carta Porte regulation.
