Customer Advisory - Update on Mexico Gateway Processing

On Wednesday, February 7, Mexico's customs system (SAT) experienced an outage that is currently impacting some railway processing operations at all Mexico gateways. CPKC systems are not impacted. 

Please note that traffic will be delayed until a system recovery is complete. CPKC’s custom experts are working to mitigate the impacts to customers by working closely with customs officials in Mexico to facilitate continued border operations and to communicate specific status updates to impacted customers. 

We are committed to keeping you updated on the situation and will communicate again when the status of the Nuevo Laredo and/or Matamoros gateway changes.
